HR Manager HR Manager Summary This role will provide Human Resources and Labor Relations expertise in order to support plant management in achieving productive and positive labor-management relations. This role will also develop and implement strategic and tactical labor relations practices, policies and programs. The role will also be responsible for strategic HR initiatives such as employee relations, policies and procedures, recruiting, etc. Essential HR Manager Skills & Characteristics Minimum BS in Labor Relations or related field 4+ years' experience in human resources with a concentration in labor relations, preferably in an organized facility Working knowledge of NLRA and the application to employment of bargaining unit members Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing and have demonstrated experience in handling grievances or other employment disputes Must be authorized to work in the United States Working knowledge of unfair labor practices
